We believe every individual struggling with mental health issue deserves respect, empathy, and validation. As mental health professionals, our aim is to meet our clients of all ages where they are and help them get to where they want to be by using our experience and evidence-based practices. We do that by building rapport and trust with our clients through respect, empathy, and support.

We are looking for someone to join our small team who shares our passion about providing effective, unbiased mental health services to clients of all ages. Our office is casual and welcoming. There are no productivity or direct client hour requirements. You can create your own schedule. Clinical supervision is provided.

Candidates should:

• ​​Have a Master’s degree.
• Have knowledge of DSM-V diagnostic criteria, clinical assessment, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families.
• Have ability to work effectively with diverse cultures. 
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
• Have ability to complete documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to learn our electronic health record.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, openness to feedback and supervision.
• Have ability to pass a background check.

​Experience:
2+ years experience working as a mental health therapist. This can includ time spent at internships/field praticums.

Schedule(s):

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Create your own schedule
